Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel only one night, but we are delighted with the purity, acceptance by the host and staff, and therefore the position of the hotel. The best price / quality ratio in this period where we stayed (May). Warm recommend.

The site was realy lovely, and the staff extremely friendly. We had the "Orange" room and it was modern and very clean. Although the pool area was closed it looked great. I will definately be returning in summer!
Smoking is alowed in the rooms and you can smell it a little when you first enter. Also you can hear the rooms next door quite clearly, but that is usual for Spain.

It had a family feel about it. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The swimmimg pool was great and very clean.
You coudn´t prepare a meal you could only warm food up as there was no hob or oven only a microwave. If you didn´t take a kettle you couldn´t even make a hot drink. They were very difficult to find even with internet instructions, a sign at the end of the road would be helpful.

Clean rooms and functioning facilities (thats alway a problem in Spain) , acceptable distance from Cuenca city. At night very, very quiet. The manager and his colleagure very, very friendly.
1. Breakfast served only from 10:00 a.m is far too late as guests like ourselves want to enjoy the day and start a bit earlier . 2. The description how to get to the hotel is outdated, as streets got renumbered. Without asking a number of people from Cuenca to gas stations we would have never found the hotel. This description must be revised !.

The individual apartments were very pretty and comfortable - spacious and a lovely outdoor patio. The pool was very nice and clean.
It was very hard to find and when we did get there there was no information in English about how to get in as everything was locked up. Unfortunately even though our apartment was lovely there was a very strong sewerage smell outside that made being outdoors less than pleasant. We couldn't communicate this to the staff because our Spanish was worse that their English! The barman/groundsman was unfriendly. The owner/manager was lovely however.
